At Lift Promos we make ordering of promotional products as easy as possible. After you have chosen the product(s) you want to order, simply e-mail or upload your artwork to us as part of the online ordering steps and we'll let you know if we can use it as is or if revisions by our art department are needed

I have artwork but I'm not sure if it's usable

The preferred format for your artwork is original vector art saved in EPS format with all designs and fonts turned to outlines. If you don't have this, we can create it for you from the artwork you do have.

Other Formats

Other formats may be acceptable. It depends on the quality of the image and some other factors. Please call for details.

What if I don't have artwork?

We can assist you in creating artwork or making your logo ready for imprinting. Simply fax or email us a copy of your logo and we'll take it from there. Artwork services are billed separately. Please call for details.

How do I send you my artwork?

If you are placing your order online through this web site, the ordering processing includes a step to upload your artwork. If ordering by phone or fax you will need to email your artwork to us. Please be sure to mention your order number when you send the artwork. We'll take it from there. Please call us at if you have any questions.

Samples & Proofs

Sample Request Policy

We want you to be pleased with the products you order from Lift Promospromos and we will send you a sample of the products you are interested in purchasing. The cost of the sample products will be credited toward your order.

Note: Samples can only be ordered on line from a link on the item page. Samples cannot be ordered over the phone.

As you become a frequent Lift Promos client, samples will be provided for the cost of shipping only.


Virtual or Paper Proofs

Our in-house art department will prepare your art for production. Your order acknowledgment will include a virtual or faxed paper proof confirming the imprint that will appear on your order. Once you approve, your order can be placed into production.

Product Proofs

Lift Promos can furnish an actual product with your requested imprint, for your approval before production. Product proofs usually cost about $35.00 plus the costs of the item, set up charges, PMS matches and shipping. Additional production time is generally between two to ten working days.

Artwork Charges

Lift Promos will try to work out your art without any additional cost, but if any revisions are required additional charges may apply. We will contact you if that is ncessary.

Imprint Charges

Imprint methods other than the standard process listed for that item may usually incur additional charges. Please call for a quote and/or recommendation of the best process available for your logo on that product.

Additional Imprint Charges

Most product pricing includes only one color imprint and one location. Please call for additional charges if your logo includes more than one color or will be imprinted in more than one location.

Ink Charges

Imprint color changes within a production run are available. Please call for a quote.

Drop and Split Shipments

Lift Promos can ship your order to more than one location or if you wish to schedule your order to be shipped over a specific time, please call for details

Sales Tax

Lift Promos is required to collect sales tax in New York. If your company or organization is a nonprofit, we need a copy of your tax exempt certificate. If you use promotional products for resale, we need a copy of your resale certificate. Please fax these to us.

Rush Service

Most products throughout the site are available in less than the Normal Production Time. Call us and let us know which product you are interested in and the date you need the order in hand. Your account rep will verify the rush options available and advise you of any additional charges and priority shipping rates, if required.

Overseas Resources

Over the past 25 years we have been serving the promotional products marketplace, Lift Promos has developed worldwide resources for manufacturing overseas. This enables us to offer reduced pricing and fully customized products. Availability is subject to quantity minimums and extended production time. Dollar amount minimums for overseas orders are usually $2500 and up. Production time varies from 60-120 days. Please call us if you would like us to put our overseas resources to work for you.

Shipping Methods & Details

We make all the arrangements to be sure your products arrive where and when you need them. However, we cannot be responsible for inclement weather, national disasters, customs delays and other unusual circumstances.

Lift Promos's products are sold F.O.B. (freight on board) factory. The goods are owned by the purchaser once they are picked up by the carrier. Lift Promos provides a firm ship date for your order and we are happy to recommend the best shipping options and make the arrangements.

Lift Promos will ship your order using our account and invoice the freight charges including insurance at full value, at published rates. We will also ship using your account number, if you prefer. If you choose to use your own account, you are responsible for the insurance, and the shipment belongs to you once it leaves our factory. Some factories add a shipping and handling charge for each carton shipped under your account number. We will advise you of these charges before final processing of your order. If the shipment is lost or damaged, you are responsible for negotiating with the carrier for reimbursement and your company will still be responsible for the full amount of your our invoice.


UPS and Federal Express

UPS Ground is usually the most cost effective way to ship promotional items. In cases of high volume orders, trucking alternatives will be given. Within the continental US, shipping time is from one to five days via UPS Ground depending upon where the packages originate and their ultimate destination.

Other options available at additional cost are UPS Sonic Air, Next Day Air, Early AM, Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, 2nd Day Air AM, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select and Worldwide Express Plus, Federal Express Same Day, First Overnight, Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight, Two Day, Three Day Saver, Ground, and Home Delivery.

Calculating Total Costs

Lift Promos will forward you an itemized invoice with all costs of your order before placing it into production. The following additional charges may be involved when producing your custom products and packaging and shipping them to your specifications:


During the imprinting process, products may be discarded that do not meet our factories' high standards. Some factories run extras to be sure to have enough properly imprinted pieces to fill the order. We invoice for the exact quantity shipped. Usually the range is between 5% under and 5% over, but for certain products it can be 10% or higher. Lift Promos will adjust your invoice or credit your account or charge card after your order ships for the exact quantity shipped to you. However, every attempt will be made to ship the exact quantity that you order.

Packaging Options

Gift boxes, mailers, gift wrapping and other special packaging options are available. Please call for a quote.

PMS Matches

PMS match charges apply each time the order is produced. PMS matching charges generally range from $35.00 to $75.00. On many items we can ensure exact PMS matches but since we are printing on many different types of surfaces (canvas, plastic, rubber, etc.) and on many different surface colors (black, yellow, orange, etc.) there may be some items exact PMS matches are not guaranteed but we will also try to come the cloest to what you are looking for. If you require an exact PMS, additional charges will apply.
